  I came in with a broken / out of warranty phone hoping to salvage the situation as best I could. I worked with Kellie and she went above and beyond for me. She helped me get a new phone, same day, that was out of stock. I also had the opportunity to work with her boss Nathan, who was also very helpful. I really appreciated Kellie making what I thought was a horrible situation, painless. I’ll continue to come back here for any of my cell phone needs. For any negative reviews on how long it takes, it’s because the staff give 100% dedicated attention to the customers they are assisting. I would prefer that over being herded like cattle with no sense of caring about the customer’s needs.
