Reviews about Apex Energy Solutions

I purchased windows for my entire home from Apex in 2005. I received a limited lifetime warranty on the Alside windows that Apex installed. Ten years later, in 2015, one of the windows developed a bad seal and got condensation in it. I called Apex and explained the situation and they just replaced the window for me without any hassle or back peddling on the warranty. I paid a small $85 fee for the installation. I'm very impressed with the windows and with this company's willingness to make good on a 10-year old warranted product. Excellent product and excellent customer service!

I did not buy the product because it was one of those sales pitches where I was asked to sign on the dotted line immediately to receive the "promotional home" rate (RED FLAG!), but I do want others to know that the sales team compares Apex vinyl windows to Pella and Anderson and the Insignia is not even in the same league. The Apex Insignia window is manufactured by Alside, not a top performer in the industry as far as windows go. With that said, the Insignia is still quite good, though I would caution against paying too much for the product. Just get a few bids from other manufacturers and do not be pressured to sign immediately to receive any sort of "deal." It's too bad, because I did like the windows and features, I just don't appreciate being sold to in the way that Apex operates. I'm in the marketing industry and the sales pitch was just too over-the-top, red flag for me. Pricing the Insignia out initially at the cost of Anderson or Pella and then knocking the price down for the "promo" offer.
